RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Strand Culture, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality hair extensions and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. We understand there may be situations where you need to return or exchange a product. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please read our Returns and Exchanges Policy carefully.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • You are eligible for a return or exchange if you meet the following criteria:
  • You have purchased the product directly from Strand Culture or our authorised retailers.
  • The product is in its' original, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • The product packaging remains intact, including any tags, labels, and protective coverings.

TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • You must initiate your return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your order. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support Team at info@strandculture.com to request a return or exchange.
Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.

2. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the product.

3. Ensure the product is securely packaged with the original packaging materials, tags, and labels. Include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

4. Ship the package to the address provided with your order number. We recommend using a shipping service that offers package tracking and insurance.

INSPECTION AND PROCESSING:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of receipt for us to process your return or exchange.

REFUNDS: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within the processing time frame. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES: If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as
possible, subject to availability. Any price difference will be either refunded or charged accordingly.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy.
  • Customised or special-order items.
